Shipping and returns

The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped by express courier (usually DHL) with tracking and delivery without signature. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage.

The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items.

The artworks (paintings, sculptures, ceramics) are packaged with the utmost accuracy in sealed boxes for the shipment of small artworks or in wooden crates which are also packed and sealed, have adequately large dimensions and your purchases are well protected.
